Does this sound familiar?

Your child seems capable, but the grades aren't showing it.

More classes, more hours, same result.

You don't know what's actually getting in the way.

Most tuition centres add more hours. We find out why the hours aren't working.

How we fix it

The step-by-step approach that helps 1 in 2 of our students see distinctions.

1

Diagnosis

Most centres start teaching immediately. If your child is getting a C, they assume the problem is practice — and drill more blind practice. But it's often something else entirely. We find that out before we teach anything. Then build a plan around what we find, not a standard syllabus.

2

Personal Tracking

In a class of fifteen, a tutor teaches and moves on. There's no way to know if your child understood it or just stayed quiet. At HYCO, classes are capped at six. Your child's tutor tracks grades, homework, and progress every lesson. You won't have to wait for the final exam to find out if it's working.

3

Continuous Assessment

Teaching and learning are not the same thing. A student can follow every step of a lesson and still blank under exam conditions. Every session, tutors check for understanding by making the student apply the concept — not just asking if they get it. If it doesn't stick, we go back. If it does, we raise the difficulty.

What resources does my child get access to?

Every student gets in-house notes written by our tutors and unlimited question sets targeted specifically at their weak areas. We track each student individually so they spend time on what actually needs work, not drilling topics they already know. The result is more progress in less time.
